Senior Stretch

The Salvation Army CiVIC Community Center 2850 New Walkertown Rd, Winston-Salem, NC, United States

A chair-based class designed to increase balance, flexibility and range of motion. Each 45 minute class will have 15 minutes of warm up and cardio exercise, 15 minutes of resistance work with bands, and 15 minutes of yoga-based stretching. Class is suitable for all fitness levels. Please wear athletic shoes and bring water to drink.
