In partial consideration for the reservation and other privileges granted by Senior Services Inc., I waive all rights and release Senior Services, Inc. and its employees, contractors, agents and representatives (each, a “Releasee”) from all claims that I may have or will incur that arise out of any use of the Senior Services facilities or in conjunction with this reservation. The foregoing waiver shall not, however release a Releasee from such claims to the extent that damages from such claims are caused solely by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of that Releasee.
