Each year, the Art Show and Sale brings together some of the area’s most celebrated and emerging artists for a vibrant showcase of original works. From bold brushstrokes to delicate pottery, come explore and purchase unique pieces across nearly every artistic medium. Even better? Every work of art sold helps deliver hot, nutritious meals to older adults in our community through Meals-on-Wheels.

Until recently, participant Julia led an active and independent life, driving herself where she needed to go. But that changed in October 2024, when a serious car accident left her with a broken wrist requiring surgery.
Ongoing pain from the injury combined with chronic spinal stenosis now makes it difficult for her to stand or prepare meals. She relies on a cane or walker to move around her home, and cooking has become nearly impossible.
Meals-on-Wheels now brings her a daily diabetic-friendly, lower-sodium meal that meets her health needs and gives her something to look forward to each day. In her words, it’s not just about the food, but the care behind it.
In 2025, the Art Show and Sale raised $160,000 for our Meals-on-Wheels program, providing 7% of the program’s annual budget and bringing us closer to delivering over 230,000 meals and moments of connection to older adults in our community this year. The need for Meals-on-Wheels is growing and every purchase of art bridges the remaining gap to ensure that vital meals and companionship reach older adults in Forsyth County.
Your support will help tell a story of community care and unwavering generosity.
A gift will help provide days, months, or up to a year of meals, nourishing the bodies and
spirits of more than 1,000 local older adults by combating isolation and providing
hot delivered meals with warm smiles.
