Each year, the Art Show and Sale brings together some of the area’s most celebrated and emerging artists for a vibrant showcase of original works. From bold brushstrokes to delicate pottery, come explore and purchase unique pieces across nearly every artistic medium. Even better? Every work of art sold helps deliver hot, nutritious meals to older adults in our community through Meals-on-Wheels.
This year’s event raised $203,000 for our Meals-on-Wheels program, providing 10% of the program’s
annual budget and bringing us closer to delivering close to 200,000 meals and moments of connection to
older adults in our community this year. We couldn’t have done it without every artist, sponsor, patron,
volunteer, and attendee!
Demand for Meals-on-Wheels is growing, and every contribution helps bring meals, compassion, and
connection to older adults throughout Forsyth County.
Special thank you to Chairs, Mimi and Spencer Bennett, and Honorary Chair and Long-Time
Participating Artist Peggy Taylor.

Until recently, participant Julia led an active and independent life, driving herself where she needed to go. But that changed in October 2024, when a serious car accident left her with a broken wrist requiring surgery.
Ongoing pain from the injury combined with chronic spinal stenosis now makes it difficult for her to stand or prepare meals. She relies on a cane or walker to move around her home, and cooking has become nearly impossible.
Meals-on-Wheels now brings her a daily diabetic-friendly, lower-sodium meal that meets her health needs and gives her something to look forward to each day. In her words, it’s not just about the food, but the care behind it.
