Seniors, caregivers, and professionals are invited to attend this free-of-charge event where they will receive information about aging well, resources that are available in our community, and maximizing their ability to be effective care partners. Attendees will hear from experts in the aging field and join in the important conversation about aging in Forsyth County. They will leave equipped with information to help them prepare to age with dignity, live more independently, and maintain the highest quality of life possible.
CONFERENCE DETAILS:
- This one-day event will feature three general sessions for all participants and several breakout workshop sessions focused on particular topics related to aging.
- Lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided to registered guests.
- Vendors from organizations serving the aging community will be available to provide information, services, and resources.
A Spanish track will be available as one of the options for each of the 3 workshop sessions. Additionally, vendors that provide services to the Hispanic/Latino community will be present.
